General Policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we have specific return policies that differ from standard retail policies. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Custom Print Orders
Custom print orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. This includes:
- Custom stationery sets
- Personalized cards
- Custom art prints
- Any item created with your specific design, text, or personalization
Pre-Approval Process
For all custom orders, we provide proofs and samples for your approval before final production begins. Once you approve a design and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a defect in the final product.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a custom order with a manufacturing defect (such as misalignment, color errors, or damage that occurred during production), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
- Re-printing the order at no additional cost
- Partial refund if re-printing is not possible
- Full refund if the defect cannot be corrected
Standard Products
For non-custom, standard products (if available), returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is:
- In its original, unused condition
- In its original packaging
- Not damaged or altered in any way
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@scyxaronvep.world within the specified time frame
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges are generally not available. If you need a different size, color, or design, you will need to place a new order.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
